De Luxe accessories is a design and production company based in Amsterdam The Netherlands.

Multi-faceted Dutch designer Michiel Alexander Ansingh has traveled numerous roads to reach the present in design life. His many years in New York City started with photography, giving reign to his artistic and creative side. Then, Michiel discovered that dealing in mid-century modern art was more fascinating than being behind the lens.

This new interest in this particular period sparked the beginning of his foray into jewelry design. Michiel started acquiring vast quantities of antique stones that date back to the 1920's. Being in New York City, Michiel's timing was kismet. He purchased stones of European origin and the heritage from many renowned American jewelry houses from the 1950's that closed down in the late 1980's.
