All U.S. orders are shipped securely in a cardboard box or padded envelope with a USPS delivery confirmation number. Note that the delivery confirmation number is not the equivalent of a tracking number, but will only update when your mail carrier scans the package at the time of delivery. If your delivery confirmation number states "Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received" with no other details, this means that your package is still in the delivery process and will not update until the actual time of delivery. Delivery times for USPS Standard and USPS Priority Shipping are only estimates and may take longer, particularly during peak Seasons. If you do not receive your package within the quoted delivery time frame, email us and we can look up its status. Exclusive items and domestic orders totaling $175.00 and over will be shipped with signature confirmation. In some cases, we can ship to a valid work address if this is more convenient. If shipping to a work address, be sure to include your full name as well as your company name. Additionally, we reserve the right to send packages with signature confirmation in cases where we believe a signature receipt is appropriate for the safe delivery of your order. If you will not be available to receive your package at home, we highly recommend having your package shipped to a valid work address. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping if we determine that your actual shipping is substantially more than quoted.
If you request the shipping service USPS First Class (US Postal Service First Class) within the US, we CANNOT be responsible for any lost/damaged/stolen package or item(s) in the package and furthermore your right to any refund will be VOID.
If you request USPS Priority Mail International (US Postal Service Priority Mail International), we CANNOT be responsible for any lost/damaged/stolen package or item(s) in the package and furthermore your right to any refund will be VOID.
Special orders are FINAL, meaning that they are not returnable or exchangeable. Special orders are items specifically ordered for a customer.
For all other qualified orders, our new 7-Day money back guarantee gives you plenty of time to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) from Bijoux Fantasia is required PRIOR to returning any merchandise. Authorize returns will be accepted if postmarked within 7 business days from the date you receive the ordered goods. Your authorized return must include: original tags still attached to item(s), packaging, pouches, and paperwork. No returns will be accepted past 15 days after the date of delivery.
All unauthorized returns will be sent back at your expense and no refund will be issued.
Your refund will be processed as soon as we have received and accepted your returned item. Upon receiving your return, the item will be inspected to confirm that the original item has been returned and that it is in original unsued condition. Be aware that worn or damaged items or those that have been engraved, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return. We will return it to you at your expense and no refund will be issued.
Do not attempt to return or to exchange item(s) that did not originate from our store. Fraud is a crime that we take very seriously. Item(s) not originally purchased from Bijoux Fantasia will be returned to you at your expense, and that fraudulent attempt will void your right to a refund.

Packages which are improperly packaged, or are uninsured will be refused upon receipt. We cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages.
