The German designer Petra Meiren has attracted international attention for many years. In 1991, she launched her first collection while presenting her thesis to her MA in Jewelry Design.

She established herself as "Petra Meiren Moderner Schmuck" in 1992 and began to be publicized in top German magazines such as Vogue, Madame, and Fashion Guide. Since then her jewelry has appeared in movies and TV programs.

During her first Parisian show, she was honored to receive an award "Etoile de Mode" in 2004 and again in 2006.

Her collections have pure lines and shapes which define her contemporary style and her personality. Petra is always in the search of innovation using eye catching pieces of metal and exciting supplementary material such as colorful PVC and polyester, stainless steel cords, synthetic gemstones, felt, matted acryl, knitted copper, woven bronze and Swarovski crystals.
